This policy describes how Pool Shot Hero handles your personal information — what we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you while lining up shots and clearing the table.
Our systems automatically record technical data when you play, and we may collect more when you choose to share it.
Data sharing is limited to operational necessities:

Industry-standard protections apply: TLS 1.2+ in transit, access controls, scheduled assessments, and contractual security requirements for partners. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Not using Pool Shot Hero? After 90 days of inactivity, we remove your personal information from active systems. Retained usage metrics, if any, are fully anonymized.
Pool Shot Hero is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If a child has shared data, email us for prompt deletion.
Personal information may be processed outside your home country. Transfers rely on TLS 1.2+ and contractual safeguards so comparable protection is maintained.
We may disclose personal information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, or respond to lawful government requests. CCPA/CPRA notices describe categories of collection and sharing.
The app may open external sites or SDKs we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Matchmaking difficulty and ad relevance may use simple heuristics without such outcomes.
